"All the body all the time! When a player or pitcher is at the "top of their game" they have "mastered the SKILL"!

At SBI we understand the difference between SKILL and ABILITY. We realize that the bottom line is defeating the hitter or pitcher. However, before the art or skill of pitching can become the major focus, improving ones ABILITY level is of foremost concern. So while throwing a curveball for a strike with late bite when behind in the count in the 3rd inning takes skill, to do so in the 8th where fatigue is a factor after 110 pitches with the game on the line takes both SKILL and ABILITY.
