At SBI we believe in "DELIBERATE PRACTICE". This means that the athlete must be accountable for his practice, his persistence, his consistency, his determination, and his passion to perform up to his God given talents... that means we expect at least 100% effort.

Physical effort is what every program requires but at SBI we also expect and demand 100% in attitude. The best players are not always the most gifted! The best players are the ones who have conquered their ATTITUDE and ADJUSTED their play to MAX out their talents!  Can you do that? Do you want to do that? These are questions that should be a definite YES for every athlete who wants to play the best he can!

At SBI we will teach and assist you in making ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENTS to optimize your physical talents! Mind discipline is as important as body building! AT SBI we require both. The best athletes meet not only baseball challenges at 100% effort and win but the best athletes in real life meet life's challenges with ATTITUDE TRAINING!
